MPS4SENS - Four channel premium pyroelectric detector with high signal-noise-ratio
Micro-Hybrid is the only manufacturer of 4-channel pyroelectric detectors with a high performance membrane in a TO39 package.
The very high detectivity of up to 4.0*108 cm√Hz/W and sensitivity of up to 200000 V/W is achieved by the pyro detector due to the chips with a thin film membrane made of ceramic pyroelectric material. The unique design of Micro-Hybrid enables the high read-out rate up to 100 Hz as well as the short response time for reliable measurement results in NDIR gas analysis.

MTS2SENS – 2 channel premium IR thermopile detector for gas analysis
Micro-Hybrid manufactures two different models of dual channel thermopile detectors for different gases, the MTS2SENS200 and the MTS2SENS44. With a particularly high detectivity of up to 6.27*10^8 cm√Hz/W, as well as the very high sensitivity of up to 171 V/W, the MTS2SENS200 provides a signal quality comparable to pyroelectric detectors. The optical filter window is specially designed for NDIR gas analysis of the corresponding gases. Storage and operation can be performed between -20 and 85 °C.

This premium IR emitter with 4 chips is designed to measure gases in very low concentrations or gases with low absorption characteristics. The standard version in a TO8 housing with reflector is also suitable for long measuring distances from 30 cm.
This MEMS-based counterpart to the filament emitter has a significantly higher lifetime and less drift. In addition our quad emitter is pulsable and does not require an additional chopper. The NAC-membrane achieves temperatures up to 850 °C.
